SMARTgame® was created to help children grow, reflect, and build lifelong skills — not to market to kids or collect data.  Children are users of SMARTgame®.  Parents and guardians are always in control.

Who SMARTgame® Is For

• Primary audience: Parents, guardians, and caregivers

• Child users: Young children using the app with parental permission

Parents:

• Create and manage accounts

• Control settings and access

• Approve all purchases

Children:

• Do not create accounts

• Do not see ads, prices, or promotions

• Do not receive messages or marketing

No Advertising . Ever.

SMARTgame®:

• Shows no ads

• Uses no third-party advertising

• Uses no targeted or behavioral marketing

• Includes no cross-promotion of unrelated apps or services

Children never see commercial content — inside or outside gameplay.

No Tracking. No Analytics.

SMARTgame® does not use:

• Analytics tools or SDKs

• Advertising SDKs

• Tracking technologies

• Cross-app or cross-website tracking

We do not monitor behavior, collect usage analytics, or build profiles of children or families.

Data We Collect (Minimal by Design)

SMARTgame® collects only what is necessary to function.

We may collect:

• A parent or guardian email address (for account access and support)

• Purchase status (subscription or one-time purchase confirmation)

We do not collect:

• Children’s names or contact information

• Location data

• Photos, videos, or audio

• Behavioral or usage data

We do not sell or share data for advertising or marketing.

Purchases & Monetization

SMARTgame® offers parents a choice of:

• Subscription, or

• One-time purchase

All purchases:

• Are visible only to parents

• Require platform authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, password, or PIN)

• Are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play

Children:

• Never see prices

• Never trigger purchases

• Are never encouraged to ask for upgrades

Gameplay is never interrupted with sales messaging.

Communications

SMARTgame® communicates only with parents or guardians.

We may send parents:

• App updates

• Educational information

• Optional product announcements

We do not:

• Collect children’s email addresses

• Send messages or notifications to children

• Use in-app messaging for marketing to children

Parents may opt out of communications at any time.

External Links & Social Media

Any external links:

• Appear only in parent-designated areas

• Are clearly labeled

• Never lead to child-directed advertising

Children are never encouraged to:

• Visit social media

• Share personal information

• Participate in promotions or contests

SMARTgame® follows a COPPA-aligned approach:

• Children cannot create accounts

• Parents control all access and settings

• No personal information is knowingly collected from children

App Store & Platform Compliance

SMARTgame® is designed to comply with:

• Apple App Store Kids Category Guidelines

• Google Play Families Policy

• Applicable child-privacy laws
